Who We Are:
CFS was founded in 1996 by two veterans of the securities industry, Valorie Seyfert (president/CEO) and Amy Beattie (COO). Both have more than 25 years experience in the industry and the unique ability to be both visionary and hands-on in the daily direction of efficient implementation. Since inception, CFS has been dedicated to working with credit unions in creating tools and providing customer support that help them position their investment offerings as core offerings and in enhancing returns from the programs that are offered. In addition, CFS has no conflicting interests that divert our attention. What We Do:
Experion’s tools are designed to empower members with complete product information and objective advice, allowing them to make informed product choices. CU Realty Services, LLC is a credit union-based Real Estate company designed to save members money on their real estate transactions and helps Credit Unions increase awareness of their mortgage options. Members buy and/or
sell homes through a Realtor in the CU Realty Approved Network, and receive a rebate on their agent's sales commission, in accordance with state law. Web-based tools, including access to the Multiple Listing Service database,
provide the member with time-saving resources to help them buy and/or sell a home. the opportunity to develop solid Realtor relationships. It's truly a win-win relationship for everyone involved. CU Realty gives an average of $1.5 million annually to members who take advantage of this member benefit.

Co-operative Payroll is a credit union owned national full service payroll processing company. We process payroll for all size companies through a robust system with a full array of service offerings that are customized based on client demand. We file and make all applicable state, local and federal tax payments; provide month end, quarter end, year end reporting, including W2’s and 1099’s.
Who We Are:
Allegacy Services was granted a steering committee from Member Gateways to help review the potential of the company. This committee involved three additional credit unions as well as management of Member Gateways. Allegacy Services then retained a payroll consultant with extensive knowledge of building and selling payroll companies. Allegacy Services also met with the President and Executive Vice President of the North Carolina Credit Union League and gained their support of the project. The Executive Vice President then began assisting with strategizing on how to deploy this service throughout the credit union system. Co-operative proactively hired an Operations Manager with 15 years of payroll processing experience. Rather than have the Manager asked to implement a system that they were not involved in selecting, she was hired prior to selection and aided greatly in selecting the chosen system. In addition to the operations manager, two conversion specialists with combined experience of over 6 years, a customer service representative with 3 years of Member Service experience support the clients from implementation stage throughout the life of the partnership. Account representatives will be located in investment credit union locations throughout the country that focuses on the development of the credit union’s business member or SEG companies. The VP of Sales & Marketing concentrates on the relationship development with Credit Unions and CUSO’s and leads the Business Development.

We process payroll for all size companies through a robust system with a full array of service offerings that are customized based on client demand. We file and make all applicable state, local and federal tax payments; provide month end, quarter end, year end reporting, including W2’s and 1099’s. Our suite of service offerings include a HRIS module, time off accrual, Employee Access Self Service,  Custom 401k reporting, background screening, GL interface, new hire reporting, garnishment service, customized Worker’s Compensation reporting, a Report Writer feature with over 400 available reports.

Cooperative assists credit unions and CUSOs with strengthening relationships and service offerings to the select employee groups or business members and commercial accounts. This helps with bundling services and showing value to the end client therefore assisting with account retention. In addition to processing payroll for SEG’s, business and commercial member companies, we are also processing payroll for various credit unions and CUSO’s across the country.
